We're excited to share an important update with all our Giottus users!

Managing your funds through our platform has become smoother with a change in the beneficiary bank details for our UPI (Unified Payments Interface) deposit method.

While Giottus has been accepting UPI deposits before, we believe that this change will improve the experience of users and make it seamless.

How to Deposit INR using UPI on Giottus

To make a deposit using UPI, follow these simple steps:

  • Start by logging into your Giottus account and navigate to the dashboard

  • Enter the amount you wish to deposit
  • Choose your bank account from the available list
  • You'll see an option to select your deposit type. Click on 'UPI (normal deposit)'.
  • The system will then display the bank account details for the UPI method
  • Open your UPI app and add the displayed bank account as a beneficiary
  • Complete the payment through your UPI app
  • Return to your Giottus dashboard, enter the transaction's reference number and submit your entry

Your deposit will be credited to your account within two hours. A nominal fee of INR 20 will be charged per transaction.

At Giottus, we understand that having multiple deposit options is crucial for our users. Other than UPI, we also have an option for bank transfers. Let us see how that works:

We offer two types of bank transfers for depositing funds: Normal and Quick deposit methods.

Normal Deposit Method (IMPS & NEFT)

How It Works:

  • Choose 'Normal Deposit' from your dashboard
  • Based on your preference or the urgency of the transaction, select either IMPS for faster processing or NEFT for standard transfers
  • Use your bank’s online platform to send money to the provided Giottus account details

Benefits: This method provides flexibility, allowing you to choose between the immediate transfer speed of IMPS and the traditional pace of NEFT, depending on your needs. A fee of INR 20 is charged for each transaction under the normal deposit method.

Quick Deposit Method (IMPS)

How It Works:

  • From your dashboard, select the 'Quick Deposit' option
  • This option is exclusively for those who need their funds available almost instantly
  • Perform an IMPS transfer using the specific details provided for quick deposits

Benefits: The Quick Deposit method is ideal for urgent transactions, ensuring that your funds are credited swiftly and securely. This method is fee-free, making it even more attractive for you.

We're committed to providing you with a seamless trading experience at Giottus. With our multiple INR deposit options, you can choose the one that best suits your needs and enjoy secure, quick, and easy transactions.

Happy trading!
