Giottus is teaming up with ICP HUB India - Crewsphere to present Block Bash, the nation’s largest Web3 hackathon. This virtual event is designed to unite the Web3 community across India, fostering collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the Web3 space.

Eligibility Criteria

Open to students and developers, participants must complete KYC verification on Giottus and pass a Web3 pre-qualifier quiz. The highest scorers will progress to the final round, where they will tackle one of eleven challenging problem statements.

Round 2 Project Submission Deadline: 30th October
Result Announcement Date: 10th November

Prize Pool

Block Bash boasts a total prize pool of $10,000, with the following rewards:

First Prize: $2,000
Second Prize: $1,500
Third Prize: $1,000
Fourth to Tenth Prizes: $200 each
Eleventh to Fifty-First Prizes: $100 each

About the Hackathon

Participants will develop solutions for one of the 11 designated problem statements, focusing on the ICP Chain. An expert panel from ICP and Giottus will evaluate the submissions, and winners will be announced at the end of the event.

The problem statements cover various domains including SocialFi Applications, DAO Tooling, Privacy-Focused Applications, RWA DeFi Protocols, and E-commerce & Fintech.

Terms and Conditions:

• Team Composition: Teams may consist of up to 5 members.
• Grant Exclusion: Teams that have received ICP grants or funding are ineligible to participate.
• Hackathon Exclusivity: Teams must not participate in other ICP blockchain hackathons concurrently.
