Giottus Scheduled Maintenance on 31st March

Giottus will be unavailable from 11:00 pm IST on March 31 to 2:00 am IST on April 1 due to a scheduled system upgrade. This upgrade is designed to improve your trading experience.

During this 3-hour period, the Giottus app and website will not be accessible. All trading activities, including Spot and Futures, will be temporarily paused.

What to expect during downtime:

Spot Trading:

• Existing limit orders will remain open but will not be executed during downtime.
• You will not be able to place, edit, or cancel orders.
• Charts, order history, and PnL will not be accessible during this period. 

Easy Buy/ Sell:

• Easy Buy and Sell services will not be available during the downtime.

Futures Trading:

• You will not be able to manage or modify open positions during downtime.
• We strongly recommend maintaining a sufficient margin in your positions to avoid potential liquidations.
• Stop Loss and Take Profit orders will not execute during downtime unless triggered before it begins.
• Any order updates will reflect only after the platform is live again.
• Charts, history, and PnL will not be accessible.

Deposits & Withdrawals:

• Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed and will be reflected once the system is back online. 

Your funds remain completely secure throughout the maintenance period.
